Mulligan Enforcer and Co-Founder
With a background in engineering and years of experience in client management, Mateo is the operational mind behind Playground. He’s the one who sees the full picture, understands exactly what each group needs, and makes it happen — flawlessly.
As a sportsman, he brings the same precision and structure. He’s the guy who reads the format, plans the strategy, and then goes out and delivers. Golf and rugby are his go-to combo — one calm and calculated, the other pure grit and teamwork.

Felipe brings the spark — with years in account management and marketing, he’s the creative engine behind every surprise, twist, and memory-making detail in our experiences.
He’s not big on winning (some say that’s just an excuse), but he’s unmatched in making sure everyone has a great time. Felipe practices every sport with a smile, and prefers tennis after golf — mostly because it gives him three hours of uninterrupted conversation with a friend.
