Playground Sport Experiences

Playground Sport Experiences is a trading name of Fairway Sports Group SL, a limited company registered in Spain with company number 06715404W and registered address Calle de Lagasca 61, 28001, Madrid, Spain. Contact emails include: info@pgroundsports.com / pgroundsports@gmail.com.

1. Booking and Contract

When you book a trip with Fairway Sports Group SL, a binding contract is formed once we send you a written confirmation of your booking. The person making the booking (the "Lead Name") is responsible for the entire group and must have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all participants.

2. Payments

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit per person is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the trip start date (the “Balance Due Date”).

  • In some cases, full payment may be required earlier. This will be communicated when booking.

  • Failure to pay the deposit or balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (including American Express).

3. Cancellations by the Client

All cancellations must be communicated in writing by the Lead Name via email or post.

  • If you cancel before the Balance Due Date, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel on or after the Balance Due Date, you may be charged up to 100% of the total booking cost, depending on supplier conditions and proximity to departure date.

  • If you have already paid the balance, we will deduct cancellation charges and refund any remaining amount, if applicable.

4. Amendments

Amendments to bookings (change of names, dates, etc.) are subject to availability and possible admin fees. If the change affects the group structure (e.g. an odd number remains), single supplements or additional charges may apply.

5. Cancellations by Fairway Sports Group SL

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or make significant changes due to force majeure or non-payment by the client.

In such cases, we will either:

  • Offer an alternative arrangement,

  • Or issue a refund (except in force majeure cases or where payments are overdue).

6. No Show or Late Payment

If the client does not show up or does not complete the payment on time, Fairway Sports Group SL reserves the right to cancel the reservation with no refund.
