We're a small team in Madrid that designs golf trips for groups. Not packages, not tee times: trips built around a tournament between friends, and the stories that come out of it.
Our story
We founded playground with a shared belief: sport brings people closer. What started as a simple idea, taking friends to play golf abroad, became a passion for designing competitive and truly memorable group trips.
From custom tournament formats to handpicked courses and social moments, we treat every trip like it's our own. The best stories don't come from winning. They come from playing, laughing and exploring together.
That's why we call it Golf and Beyond. The round is where the trip starts, not where it ends.

The mind behind the logistics. An engineer and team lead with years in client operations, Mateo makes sure everything runs smoothly, from transfers and tee times to awards night and dinner reservations. Golfer, rugby player, and the calm in the chaos: always one eye on the plan, the other on the group chat.

The spark. With a background in brand strategy and marketing, Felipe makes sure every trip has its twist, whether it's a surprise toast at the welcome dinner or the perfect playlist for the drive to the course. Obsessed with good stories and good energy. Tennis is his reset button. Bunkers are his nemesis.
