Mateo is the mind behind the logistics — an engineer and seasoned team lead with years in client ops. He’s the guy who makes sure everything runs smoothly, from transfers and tee times to awards night and dinner reservations.

As a golfer and rugby player, he brings discipline and structure to every tour. But he’s also the calm in the chaos — always one eye on the plan, the other on the group chat.
