Mulligan Enforcer and Co-Founder
Mateo is the mind behind the logistics — an engineer and seasoned team lead with years in client ops. He’s the guy who makes sure everything runs smoothly, from transfers and tee times to awards night and dinner reservations.
As a golfer and rugby player, he brings discipline and structure to every tour. But he’s also the calm in the chaos — always one eye on the plan, the other on the group chat.

Felipe is the spark. With a background in brand strategy and marketing, he’s the one making sure every trip has its twist — whether it’s a surprise toast at the welcome dinner or the perfect playlist for the van ride to the course.
He’s obsessed with good stories and good energy, and has a knack for making things fun but never forced. Tennis is his reset button. Bunkers? His nemesis.
